Those of you that visit Laura's market and go to the teleport wall might have seen a reference to the Kirsten Viewer S16, which beats the official viewer hands down for speed (and thus makes your Lauran experience seem much less laggy). Unfortunately, NWN has reported that Kirsten has quit work on her viewer a while ago (instead, she just works on the OpenSim Viewer, now on 16.2).

The good news, though, is that there's still a good alternative to the Kirsten Viewer, in the form of the Cool SL Viewer, that actually performs slightly better.



Down Side: Texture pipelining isn't quite as good, so textures don't snap in quite so fast.

Plus Side: You get slightly better frame rates, and the Restrained Life code is built-in (it's disabled by default, but you can switch it on via Preferences).
