Kajirae Slumber Party:
A chance for slaves to bond OOCly, with music, chatting and games such as truth or dare, trivia and more.

Trivia nights:
Ask Gorean based trivia questions and give prizes.

I'm sure I'll have more ideas soon. These would significantly boost the traffic in the city.

Slumber party sounds like fun, but is it not another way of saying that slaves are like children? This slave is well past her slumber party days ooc (actually I don't think I was ever a slumber party type).

The books are rife with quotes that slaves were fully adult intelligent women, many of keen intelligence, grace and beauty. For an ooc event, it may be that a discussion day for open ooc exchanges between kajira, away from the Free might be helpful, especially to girls new to the role and/or new to Laura.

I think that there might be an IC way in RP of doing a "slumber party". I have heard stories of all the slaves being locked up centrally for their protection during threatening times and those events turning into actually great fun for the slaves who usually have little leisure or opportunity to swap wisdom, jokes and lore.

I used to lead discussions all of the time in Kar, and that's another good idea to implement. But there is a lot of interest already in the slumber party (you've never spent time with a group of female friends at night?). Call it whatever you want to call it. It's just a way for those who rp as slaves to share and bond.

If it is IC only, that limits who would be able to attend. There is no feasible reason a bond from the north would be in Laura with no Master or other escort.
